Teapots and Braces

I've been working on nothing but teapots in class. That's how I get it into my head how do a thing. Focus on one thing. These are the first two and I had a lot of help. Last night I started another. Practice, practice.

Long day ahead. Johnny gets braces today. Not fun. He will need a little extra tlc today.

Been keeping up daily w/Michael Yon Online. Thanks to Guyana Gyal for turning me on to that.

Those teapots are lovely. They remind me of an old Russian potter who sells her work in big New York stores. She's 90 years old. She was being interviewed on tv. The interviewer asked her, what do you plan to do now? She said, I must plan for my old age.

I'm glad you found Michael Yon. It's always good to have a balanced point of view [I have a degree in Communications and rail against media these days].

Andie- You know I have never made a simple platter. Maybe that will be next though I am not ready to leave teapots.

Ha ha! I hope I will be like that potter. Great attitude.

I have learned so much from Michael Yon's website. I never watch the news anymore because it all seems so biased and repetitive. And I have never seen anything this in the mainstream media that is like his site. Thank you again.
