I'm Back...Barely

What a freaking weekend I had. Friday night we partied until 4AM! Saturday night until 3AM! That was food for the soul seeing all my old friends. The best! Yes they still party like it is 1981! I'm exhausted.

Yes we even did the electric slide...

It looks like you had a "blast." Do they still use the word "blast" or is that just from "our" time? So did you do the Hustle too?

Okay guys heres the deal- You can see that it is mostly girls dancing out there. My dear John has NO rhythm. He tries but... Anyway there was one couple out there that was doing some disco dancing and making us jealous. But if memory serves me right ummm "Disco Sucked". Us girls were kind of in the closet (well someone's basement) when the boys weren't around dancing to our Funk music. In mixed company it was all Lynrd Skynard and Led Zepplin, Yes and whoever that Aqua Lung guy was. Can't remember.
No- you're right. I don't think I've ever heard my kids say "blast". Ha!

Do you think people change over the years, or are they basically still the same as they were in high school? I went to my 10 year reunion a few years back (2002!) and it was interesting to see what the intervening decade had done to people.

you look like you had a fantastic time. I always find it a little strange going back. People that you knew are usually the same just older. I noticed all your friends are blond whats up with that? haha

Lukku- Some do, some don't at all. It's probably better that they change some. right?

Dawn- It was too fun. They aren't all blonde. I think John was just pointing the camera at the blondes. He was my photographer. I have plenty of brunette friends. And Stacey who is in the first picture has had the same haircolor as long as I've known her. Ya know, now that I think about good friend here in town does hair and I am always game for experimentation. Everytime I go darker or brunette John doesn't like it. Hmmmm.

Looks like you enjoyed it Mary. I have my 25th coming up in a couple of years. I don't even know if I will bother with it.
