A Little Tired

I have not been a very good blogger. That's because I have been just about brain-dead. I put out my final meal of the old year to celebrate the new year with John's family. I barely eked it out. I made stuffed shells w/ an arribiatta sauce, crab and shrimp linguine w/radicchio, chicken marsala and an excellent salad (I thought). There were plenty of desserts including the canolli but I am too tired to list them all. I truly love having all the family over throughout the holidays. It's a lot of fun. It's a shame I don't see them more often.

I am so ready to get back in the studio and chill. I have a sink to work on and my and Carla's mosaics. And a bunch of mosaic mirrors.

And that's what I will be doing until later in January when I will be cashing in a gift I received from my husband. I am too excited about it. I received tickets to Grey Gardens! I do love going to NYC.

P.S.- I also got a pair of red,high-top,Chucks. Go figure.

You don't make a meal, girl, you make a culinary display!! I make a meal - meat, taters, and gravy - all three basic food groups!:P

Yours always looks better than mine, tho!:)

I remember you talking about Grey Gardens in a post awhile back...I did a little more reading on this, and I found out this: A feature film based on the documentary, starring Drew Barrymore and Jessica Lange, and written and directed by director Michael Sucsy, is also being planned.

If I can't go to Broadway, at least I'll be able to see the movie!

Have a great time!
