Don't wait to have it handed to you! Get it for yourself!

The next blog that I go to and see someone mention supporting the troops, I might just go the hell off and blow a gasket!
This is just a bad as Patton's infamous slap...
Wow, there is no excuse for this, or how we allowed it to happen.
Unf'ing incredible! As I said at Donnie's - there just are not enough ugly words to use for this administration.
I've also been reading articles about troops sent home after being injured within the first 12 months, only to have the army make them pay back the sign on fee because they didn't stay the full tour.As much as it pains me to say this, the root of the problem lies with the fixation for politeness by those who are in a position of authority, while showing little compassion and no respect for those who aren't. Just watch COPS to see what I'm talking about.
Donnie- I am calling someone about this. This kind of thing seems to be piling up. Frederick- It does seem so. And then there is Willowtrees comment. I read about that too.JM- Who knew we couldn't trust our government to the right thing? Or what kind of idiots are we to think they would.Peacechick- Sadly, no.Willowtree- Thank you for reminding me of that. It's like a telemarketing scam or something.
This is really sad! I keep hearing and reading where the government refuses to take care of the soldiers.. treating them like throw-aways!
Yep that is the cold reality of warThis is not playing cowboys and indians or toy soldiers ...war is not a hollywood movieWar is ugly and before they send someone elses son or husband or father to war - the administration and the pentagon should have a jolly good reason - got a job to do is not enough.Firefighters are there to put out fires, not start firesSoldiers are meant to defend from an invading enemy, not to be the aggressorsBut soldiers are expendable as far as your president is concerned, that is what they signed up for is what the Pentagon will claim.
This is unconciounable(i can't spell)Let me know if there is something I can do to help. Wonderful country
That is a shame. Truely sad.
I really can't beleive that ppl still sign up to go to war when they are treated like a tool. And if a tool breaks they just throw it away. This is how King George II really supports the troops!
