Have you heard ALO yet? I found them last year. They have a new CD out and I really like it. Check out Water Song HERE or HERE. I'm loving that song. Or watch Roses and Clover:

That's not music, there were no angry black men, no scantily clad women shaking their butts in my face and I could understand more than half the words. But even worse, they had the gall to use actual instruments rather than a turntable and somebody else's music. What a joke!

Seriously, that was really good. I liked it straight away, but I couldn't help feeling is was somehow familiar, then it hit me, I'm also a big fan of Harry Connick Jr, and they sounded a lot like him.

Good stuff; thanks for the recommendation. I was so afraid that this was going to be one of those songs that get stuck in your head, but not in a good way. I'm glad to be wrong.

Mary, Pretty Cool!
The kind of stuff one can listen in the garden (or by the pool) on a lazy afternoon
or hey even in a night club after a rum or two

Believe it or not, R&C, CCR, and the Eagles are a major supplement to this country boy's collection, with "Desperado" and "Proud Mary" fighting for that most played spot.;)

Yes, they all were recorded a year or two ago...(:

Still good tho!:P

TUA- I can't work out R&C. I got CCR whom I love also and the Eagles. I like older country usually and a little of the new stuff but not a lot. More bluegrass.
