Art Opening

Went to Deb and Bill's art opening last night. It was so packed! I will definitely be visiting it again this week so I can really look at the work. It was impossible to really see it with so many people. As you know I LOVE both of these artists. Their work is always exciting to see.

Needless to say there are no great pics of the actual art. Just the lovers of it and the artists.

It's great having Michael home and having him at the opening was sweet.

isn't it always so? I remember going to the Rijksmuseum to see the Nightwatch..pah! what disappointment that was! (this was several years AFTER I had emigrated to Canada funny enough) There were so many people plus the painting hangs low enough that people basically can block it by standing there..irritating I tell you. So enjoy your second, more productive art viewing outing. You got your socialization in by the looks of it..[s]

The energy and conviviality of this event really comes through in these shots; looks like a good time!
